Because triple and quad occupancy requires individuals to share beds, registrations requesting triple and quad occupancy must be received together with a list of roommates and the deposit paid for each person. Registration costs include room for three nights, application taxes, tips, two buffet lunches, and two evening receptions. Afternoon excursions will include time for dinner and in locations with a variety of food and price options. Sheraton Music City will have breakfast items for purchase each morning.
